ITAM photography<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This book is a result of the collaboration of six prestigious institutions: Technological Autonomous Institute of Mexico [Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Aut\u00f3nomo de M\u00e9xico (ITAM)], An\u00e1huac University, Iberoamerican Unicersity, Autonomous University of Mexico [Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM)], Panamerican University and the Women in Senior Management Research [Center el Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Mujer en la Alta Direcci\u00f3n (CIMAD)] from IPADE Business School. ITAM photography<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Chapter 4, by ITAM researchers, has as an objective to identify key skills and abilities for a woman&#8217;s profile that set her apart in her way to Boards of Directors.<\/strong> Through a thorough research, in which Counselors and Directors participated, findings revealed the urgent need of implementing leadership programs designed specially for women.
