This last thursday, february 22nd of 2023, took place the biggest recruitment event in our community: ITAM’s 2023 Job Fair. It was organized by the Office for Job Exchange –Career Services– at ITAM, this event gathered the participation of 78 national and international companies from different areas, in order to advertise their companies and job opportunities around the 1,415 ITAM students and alumni who attended.
The experience of the 2023 Job Fair
During the Job Fair, students and alumni had the opportunity to learn about different industries, companies and opportunities to start their careers at. Simultaneously, Workshops and Mock Interviews were held, given by professionals from high level employing institutions and professionals in subjects of professional development, these events allowed out participant to learn more about subjects such as:
- How to face an interview?
- How to make your CV and the importance of the image in a job interview?
- Workers rights
- Mock Interviews: job interviews simulators
The event closed off with a cocktail for the recruiting institutions in which Dr. Alejandro Hernández, ITAM’s Sub-Dean, participated, where he thanked all the institutions for their participation and effort to continue ITAM’s mission, allowing our alumni to start or continue their professional career.
